Please note: Some larger items (such as dog baths and heavy enclosures) are dispatched via Tracked 48 service only and may not be eligible for Express Delivery. This will be indicated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
